Help: Rainmeter Application • Missing Skins folder?

I think I figured out the issue. While I had uninstalled OneDrive ages ago, my 'Personal' registry was still pointing to OneDrive's copy of documents.

I am going to give Rainmeter a reinstall and I think that will do it.
