Typically, skins supporting Spotify use the WebNowPlaying plugin. Its documentation doesn't seem to indicate a playlist cover art (might be a thing specific to Spotify, which could be why it doesn't look like it's available). Maybe you could post a suggestion either in the plugin's topic from the link above, or on its GitHub page? Image may be NSFW.is possible get Playlist cover art?, not album art
